As a health coach with more than 20 years of experience, I aid the top business professionals in achieving their health and wellness goals through online or in-person, customized personal training and nutritional coaching. Let me give you stress free results that are efficient and time friendly!

Were you "the big kid" growing up? You know what I'm talking about, you either knew that kid or were that kid, the tallest but also the fattest. Well, that was me. As a boy it rarely affected me because I was the most athletic and strongest of all the kids on my sports teams. However, as I became young adult, everyone else grew and filled out but I remained "the big kid" and slowly became insecure about my appearance, regardless of my athletic abilities. In my early 20's I realized that I needed to shed the persona I had taken on and had the revelation that being strong was great but I was unhealthy. I began researching and teaching myself about fitness and healthy eating habits, and one day at a time, one step at a time, I began to lose the weight. One-hundred pounds later I realized not only did I love health, wellness, and fitness, as well as the change I saw in myself inside and out, I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same goals for their physical and emotional selves. In 2005 l became certified through the Cooper's Institute for Fitness and began my personal training career. A few years later, I knew I needed more knowledge and in 2007 | completed the National Strength Conditioning Association certification (NSCA-CPT). With continuing education every year through the NSCA, I continue to utilize this certification in the daily training of my in-person and virtual clients. In 2016, I began the process of becoming certified through Precision Nutrition and currently hold certifications as both a Level | and Level |I Nutrition Coach. Finally, I hold a certification in pre and postnatal training.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, l am able to help with behavior modification that will aid in nutritional and physical health changes that produce real results that last.
